Experienced in both provider and vendor environments, Ray is a “hands on” executive that has accumulated over 30 years of business development, operations, and executive leadership skills within the healthcare industry. At iTX, Ray is focused on success through treating clients as constituents, collaborative client/vendor relationships to mutually determine success markers, and influencing operational outcomes through the right mix of people and technology. Internally, Ray is focused on providing employee satisfaction through a personal but highly professional work environment that is truly inclusive with opportunities for growth and advancement to those that merit it.

Mike Moss
Chief Strategy and Security Officer
Mike has been working in the healthcare industry for over 37 years and brings a unique background in finance and revenue cycle operations to iTx Companies. His collaborative leadership style has successfully guided operations across key patient access, centralized scheduling and billing functions. He has chaired hospital compliance committees, led joint commission audits and guided policy implementation. A Six Sigma Champion and national speaker, Mike is a recognized leader in denial management and revenue recovery.

With more than 20 years of focused leadership in healthcare provider revenue cycle management, business development, and internal audit, Bryan has led efforts to ensure robust business process efficiency, increase organizational profit margins, lead internal training programs, and promote quality assurance initiatives. His work supports organizational excellence by executing strategic assessments, leveraging automation solutions, and aligning RCM initiatives with operational priorities. Bryan has been in the trenches of hospital leadership—from rural 100-bed facilities to large regional systems with 20,000+ employees and over $4 billion in gross revenue.
